Argentina has taken another step towards establishing a national cannabis industry – though not fast enough to satisfy a large number of potential members eager to get on with it.
The government published a decree on 20th January officially launching the medical cannabis and hemp regulatory agency Ariccame. The agency’s inauguration came eight months after the Argentine Congress passed Law 27.669, establishing a regulatory framework for cannabis and industrial hemp.
