Canadian cannabis company Xebra Brands has received legal approval to cultivate and process hemp and manufacture and sell CBD products in Mexico. It comes after Mexico’s Federal Circuit Court granted the company an irrevocable injunction, an amparo, upholding a previous Supreme Court ruling in favour of the business.
Vancouver-based Xebra said there were no more legal hurdles to overcome before it could begin operations in Mexico, though there were still a few bureaucratic steps required.
