Minnesota Republicans told they should have been careful what they voted for

Some Minnesota legislators have expressed regret after failing to realise that a law clarifying rules around hemp products would permit the sale of edible products with THC levels similar to those seen in recreational cannabis.

However, the passage of the bill was defended by other lawmakers who said it helped address loopholes and grey areas surrounding the sale of hemp-derived products in the US state.
