In the immediate future, the government could set a limit for THC levels in cannabinoid products. As this would mostly likely be a very low concentration, a portion hemp products could soon lose their place on the market. Medical cannabis is legal, but the government has still to create conditions where it can be fully exploited, while cannabis for recreational purposes is illegal.
