US House agriculture committee hears wish list of changes to 2023 Farm Bill

A group of US Congress members, state agriculture commissioners, researchers and industry representatives told a Congressional committee what changes to the law they would include in the upcoming 2023 Farm Bill if given the chance.

The testimonies heard on 28th July by the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Biotechnology, Horticulture and Research suggested, among other reforms aimed at boosting the hemp sector, higher THC thresholds and the lifting of lab requirements imposed by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
