Danae Driessen

Danae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and an M1 in International Law, completed with an exchange programme at Hitotsubashi University in Japan. She also earned an Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Central and Eastern European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, studying at the University of Tartu, University of Glasgow, and University of Sarajevo. Danae has interned at an international law firm, the French Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the Social Science Research Institute of the University of Sarajevo. She specialises in the Western Balkans region and the dynamics between international and local civil society.
