CBD sellers ordered to stop – in states where it’s meant to be legal

Retailers in three US states – Ohio, Iowa and Alabama – have been told they are breaking the law by selling CBD products.
Although all three states have laws permitting CBD sales, regulators claim general sales to the public are illegal and current retailers, including grocery stores, health food stores and online retailers, are in violation of the law.
