The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) may soon issue recommendations for a long-awaited regulation of CBD products in the country.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the agency’s deputy commissioner of food and drugs, Janet Woodcock, said that the FDA will address three citizen petitions it received about the safety of CBD in food products, which may clarify its position over the issue.
