With the federal legalisation of hemp in the US by the 2018 Farm Bill, individual states were left to enact legislation to adapt to this change in federal law, and as such, there are variations across the board in terms of individual state regulation. This regulatory snapshot provides an overview of Oklahoma’s state laws, covering cultivation processing, and import/export, as well as restrictions around extracts and finished products such a vaping and cosmetics.
