Struggling industry blames FDA as Canadian companies leave US market

Another major Canadian cannabinoid company is leaving the US market amid concerns over the regulatory environment there.

Aurora Cannabis announced in its latest quarterly report that it would wind down its Reliva operations “based on recent pronouncements by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding potential CBD regulation pathways and timelines”.
