Voyager ventures into Poland for post-Brexit access to European CBD market

British CBD and hemp brand Voyager has facilitated easier access to the European market by acquiring a CBD extraction and manufacturing facility in Poland for £1.5m (€1.69m). The move is in part a positive response to export difficulties created by the UK’s departure from the EU.

Voyager bought the site in the village of Bilcza in south central Poland from Goodbody Health for £0.5m cash and £1m in convertible banknotes. It assumed full operational control on 1st January.
