The French CBD market in 2019 looks potentially more promising for entrepreneurs as shops that were shut down last year through legal action have started to re-open – though elsewhere in the country others are still being closed and their owners prosecuted.
In Le Havre, in northern France, CBD shop owner Cyrille Bjaoui was acquitted of all charges brought against him in the local criminal court.
Meanwhile, William Lemaire and his partner Julien Lamarre have also been acquitted of all charges and are free to resume runing their shop Organiquement Votre at La Roche-sur-Foron, near Geneva.
