Cultivation of hemp with less than 0.2% THC is legal in Denmark, and a yearly permit is required. From 1st July 2018, hemp-derived extracts and final products with less than 0.2% THC are meant to have been legal. However, the situation is far from clear. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the current regulatory framework for hemp, CBD and cannabis, covering everything from processing and cultivation to the country’s medical and recreational cannabis regime.
