Permitted THC levels in CBD products in the UK will be below Home Office drug law levels, according to the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
The FSA has not announced a specific permitted amount for THC. But the FSA’s Thomas Vincent told the board at its 11th December meeting that the guidance on “trace levels” will be significantly lower than the 1 mg per container permitted by the Home Office for a product to be exempt from UK anti-drug laws.
