France facing legal battle over coming decree to ban the sale of CBD flowers

The French ban on CBD flowers looks set to go ahead, with a decree expected to be officially published at the start of November and an immediate legal appeal against it likely to be lodged.

The draft decree was sent to the European Commission on 20th July, with three months for other EU member states and the Commission itself to make comments on it. With no comments to date, it appears that the French authorities will be able to move ahead with its publication from tomorrow.
