France has created temporary guidelines allowing CBD companies to register their products as food supplements pending authorisation under the EU’s upcoming novel foods regulation.
But the change does not mean the products can be legally sold in France – as has been reported – since no cannabinoid ingredient has yet been granted novel food authorisation.
