5th April 2024: Armenia: The Ministry of Health is proposing bylaws to specify legal rules for the destruction of industrial hemp, media reports.
19th April 2022: Armenia: The government has introduced amendments to decision 1170-N “On approval of licensing procedures for production, import, export or wholesale trade of industrial hemp, licensing application forms, and licensing forms for these activities”, media reports. The decision reportedly sets quotas for the production of more industrial hemp for export and wholesale trade.
