18th July 2022: Bosnia and Herzegovina: The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices has reportedly prepared a draft amendment to the narcotics list, moving cannabis from the “forbidden” list to the lower level “substances and plants under strict control”. The change would potentially facilitate the sale of medicinal cannabis. The Commission on Narcotic Drugs has now to adopt the draft and forward it to the Council of Ministers.
