US - Georgia: The Georgia Department of Agriculture has published a
notice of intent to amend and adopt hemp product rules. Under a
proposed rule that is under a public comment period until 21st November 2024, hemp gummies would not be permitted to contain more than 10 mg of delta-9 THC per serving and 300 mg per container, while beverages would be limited to 10 mg per serving (or its proportional equivalent) and be limited to one 12 oz serving per container. It would further add the regulation on consumable hemp products labelling, packaging and advertising. The proposed rule has not yet been adopted.
