Morocco: CBD and cannabis regulation, September 2022

Hemp can be cultivated for industrial, medicinal and pharmaceutical purposes in Morocco. The THC limit for cultivated hemp is 1%.

CBD products with less than 1% THC are eligible for industrial production, manufacture, export and import.

Medical cannabis with more than 1% THC is allowed with a doctor’s prescription.

Recreational cannabis is illegal.
