UK FSA issues final final list of products linked to a CBD novel food application

The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has published its final public list of CBD products that can be marketed in England and Wales.

The final update brings the total number of products linked to a credible application submitted to the FSA for authorisation and which were on the market by the 13th February 2020 deadline to almost twice the previous figure, up from around 6,000 to almost 12,000.
