The Ministry of Health in the Czech Republic has unveiled plans to ban the sale of hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) this July, triggering criticism from a wide range of local industry insiders, and potentially ending the country’s position as a major market for intoxicating hemp-derived cannabinoids (IHDCs).
The proposal to include HHC on the list of addictive substances is supported by the National Anti-Drug Headquarters (a department within the police) together with the Ministry of Defense and customs officials.
