Florida’s governor last month vetoed a bill that would have banned most intoxicating hemp-derived cannabinoid (IHDC) products, like delta-8 THC, and limited the amount of total delta-9 THC in hemp products. This veto comes as a boon to the US state’s hemp industry.

The proposed legislation would have prohibited the sale of delta-8 and delta-10 products as part of a crackdown on IHDCs.
