Following the enactment of the Decree of 30th December 2021 and the suspension of the article banning the sales of hemp flowers by the Council of State, French authorities have not proposed any further regulation on hemp and hemp-derived products. France will likely wait until the administrative tribunal issues a decision before enacting other regulations.
