Ukraine provides licence for Canadians C21 to enter Europe

The first Ukrainian licence for the importation CBD extracts and concentrates has been granted to a Canadian company.

C21 Investments has been issued a licence that will enable it to import finished products as well as raw extracts and concentrates. It will also be able to process, distribute and re-export CBD products made from the raw ingredients brought into Ukraine.

The licence issued by the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control also marks C21 Investments’ first foray into the European market.

The company plans to expand its foothold rapidly in terms of both what it is permitted to do in Ukraine and the wider European market. Ukraine is not a member of the EU but maintains close links through the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement and a series of free trade agreements.
