Andorra: CBD and cannabis regulation, March 2023

CBD is considered a medicine of high complexity in Andorra and can only be dispensed in hospital pharmacies. Cannabis is prohibited, though the government commissioned the law firm Roca Junyent for the creation of the draft law on the cultivation of cannabis – the aim of which is to regulate medical cannabis and its cultivation. It is still unclear when the bill will be introduced.
