Victory in Antwerp confirms company’s right to sell cannabinoids across Belgium

A CBD company in Belgium has proved in court that local authorities in the country do not have the right to gold-plate regulations to prohibit the sale of hemp-based cannabinoid products.

Florapoint, a Belgian retailer of hemp-based CBD products with six outlets, has underscored recent judicial decisions in its favour with a further victory over Antwerp officials, being awarded damages for reputational harm and lost revenue.
