As of 16th August 2024, Ukraine will legalise medical cannabis and simplify the regulatory regime for industrial hemp in light of the new Cannabis Plants Amendment. We expect the government to adopt additional bylaws in the next few months to fully implement the provisions of the newly adopted changes.
